    My Google photos backup is almost full and i was wondering if there's a way to backup all my pictures and videos and documents (non essential) onto my laptop automatically Ideally free (broke college student)?

    I have multiple old photo albums which i wish to digitise. I have a all in one hp deskjet 2132 all in one printer. Though I can scan each photo individually or scan in a batch of 5 and crop them manually, I found a few softwares that detect and split the images from one scan automatically. Unfortunately they are all paid services. So is there a similar software that free and will do same if not better job of scanning and splitting multiple photos from a single scan? thank you for your help.

    When ever I try to open task manager, it takes alot of time to load and the window says 'not responding' for some time (video attached below) after which it works properly. It has been happening since I bought this laptop. All I've done till date is added another stick of ram. EDIT:- I have a Dell Inspiron 7591 Laptop. i5-9300H cpu , gtx 1050ti, 16gb 2666Mhz ram and NVMe SK Hynix 512 gb ssd. 647295300_2022-05-3018-22-12.mp4

    It was a wifi problem. I connected via mobile hotspot and it worked.

    the metal thing the screw screws into broke out with the plastic around it broke in small pieces so other than a small part of the plastic standoff and metal thingy nothings left

    I have a dell inspiron 15 7591 with 8gb 2666Mhz kingston ddr4 ram. After tring and failing to download more ram i found a crucial 8 gig 2666mhz stick on sale. should i buy it or just find a kingston one?

    So i have a dell inspiron 15 7591 (non touch) laptop. I was just curious and opened it up to see whats inside and accidently broke the plastic standoffs that holds the screen hinge to the body. now the screen is held by 2 only 2 screws (one on either side) rather than 6 screws. what do i do now? thanks in advance : )

    So I'm studying for the entrance exams for engineering colleges (JEE Mains/Advanced ,India) and i have some questions for some actual engineers. why are you an engineer? what do you do day to day? Do you think it was worth it? what type of engineer are you ? (aeronautical,software,civil etc) what is the scope (i.e job oppertunities) ? any suggestions for an aspiring engineer? Thank you .

    yeah i disabled all my extentions but the problem continues. I even reinstalled chrome.

    This happens occasionally that a website doesn't load properly or chome says "it doesnt exist all together" though site works on incognito. I've tried almost everthing from clearing cache, disabling extentions and reinstalling chrome. Its very frustrating. Any suggestions?

    sometimes when i try to open a website, its assets (images texts etc) dont load properly (see below for example). I've decentish internet connection. so i dont know why this is happening. please help me out this is really frustrating .

    when i plug in the stick, the pc makes the sound. however the stick doesn't show up in 'this pc'. when i opened disk manegement, it showed up(photos below) but when i tried to format it and or give the drive a 'letter and path' it gave me errors (photos below). what should i do?

    I've promised my lil cousin (8 years old) that when he comes to meet me at the end of month and he performs in his class tests , I'll gift him a game. Hence i need your help. I require a game which doesn't scar him for one and can run on an OLD laptop (2 cores of some intel cpu integrated graphics i assume) , is preferably offline and is not 'that' addicting, is cheap or free. extra points for being educational. p.s. thanks for your help

    I've about 180 .dav files (exported from the cctv box) which i want to stitch together into a mp4 or any other common format (with audio). what should I do? P.s. just remember you are awesome

    streaming was a nice to have so i guess that's okay. my main use is for backups and a ftp server.
