    Gets to the loading screen of windows than freezes. I'm using a msi tomahawk mobo. Just built it too

    HELP PLEASE!!! My stock ryzen cooler is not spinning and I took it out of the housing completely and it try's to spin than stops several times. In the bios the rpm for it is 0 and I was wondering what is wrong and if it's the bios how to boost it
