    Additionally, MSI Afterburner is normally the most used GPU software and it's pretty straightforward to use.
     
    I, personally, would go with the MSI card but that's mostly because I'm unsure about the reputation of PNY cards. With regards to compatibility you should be completely fine. Have fun.

    all the cards are made to specification, much like a hdmi cable, each one might have its one slight differnces but they all under the hood are the same thing

    The MSI card is probably going to have a better cooler

    MSI Afterburner can be used regardless of which card you choose, that's not an issue either.

    Doesn't matter. Get the cheaper one if aesthetics isn't important to you.
