doesnt respond to it, it goes back to the gigabyte screen and stays there

whenever my computer boots up i am stucked at this screen the previous time i was able to boot it up i needed to reset the time so i thought it was the cmos battery's problem i changed it and still the problem persists. pls help, thanks in advance

changed from hdmi to dvi, same results. 'hdmi no signal' and 'dvi no signal

is there anyway to test for it?

my gpu is a few months old and the fans spin when i turn it on. they stop after i get the hdmi no signal measage

pc is working fine until i tried to switch it on one day and i received the 'hdmi no signal' message. what could be the problem? i changed cables so far and it doesn't solve the problem here are the specs, if it helps: i5-3570k gtx1050ti 8gbs of ram 850w psu

yes but i plan to upgrade to the 1060 sometime soon. not sure if it's worth it does the 1060 6gb and 3gb have a huge performance difference?
