    It's not your CPU, it's Anthem.
     
    I've a 7700k and I get horrible performance at the game but every other game I play, I get over 150+ FPS.

    I've a 2080 and get bad fps on Anthem.
     
    Have you tried playing any other games?
     
    It's most likely Anthem running like shit.

    No it’s not.
     
    A RTX 2060 is.
     
    vega 64 is around a 1080/RTX 2070.

    That’s what I plan on doing honesty. May even consider going up to a 2080, never buying an AMD gpu ever again.

    Monitor is 1080P 60 hz but plan on upgrading to 1080P 144hz monitor in a couple of weeks though. I think I'll end up going with the 64 since the monitor I'm interested in has FreeSync.

    You've got one bracket upside down.
     
    The bracket on the side above the logo (green) looks good but the one below (red) looks upside down. See page 5 in the paper manual (or page 6 in the PDF).
