guys , will a 400 or 450 watt do me any harm if im using it for 8 hours a day ?

i7 7700k , gtx 1060 6gb , 16 gb ram ddr3 and 2 case fan and 1 cpu fan

its very important !!! can i overclock my i7 7700k on that mother board ???

hi guys , cooler master shows Recommended PSU Wattage : 375 watts , what is the best wattage for me and would getting more than recommended be harmful ?

the one i showed is the only one available cheap to me , it doesnt have any drawbacks right ?other then the cpu fan

its will cost atleast 75$ more and maybe require a different motherboard

ur right aesthetics dont matter for me, i just wanted to make sure no performance is lost do i need to get a case with 2 usb 3.0 as well or will they only be accessible at the back of the motherboard otherwise ? cause i have seen 20$ cases with no usb connectors on front, are they hidden in those cases?

btw , i need one with 4 ram slots , ill be using 2 x 8 gb right now , atleast one or two usb 3.0 and something that wont bottle neck any component
