help Computer turns on for split second then turns off

Computer turns on for split second then turns off. But when i take out my rtx 2070 super turns on and works just fine. I tried a gtx 1050 and works perfect. I think my cards fried but when my computers off the power indictor for the card is on and when i try to turn it on the rgb lights up then my computer just turns off and i have to flip the on/off switch on my psu to try again but i get the same result. I have a brand new Rm 750 watt psu so thats not the issue -
I'm looking for a new atx size motherboard that is compatible with the am3 socket.My budget is below 100

So I pretty much started from scratch besides my hardrive which worked on my old setup. The parts I installed were a amd fx 6100,970A-G43 plus,240 mm evga clc cooler,old but all I could afford a 8800 gt,8 gb of viper 1600 MHz ram

So there is still no display everything runs and spins there is no beeping frim the motherboard that says something is missing.

no I'm just saying if you have it constantly running at 78 degrees it might shorten the life span a little bit but it should be perfectly fine though. -

Yeah I mean as long as your not stressing cpu 24/7 you should be fine. -
