My computer is acting funny and I just need some help. When I turn it on it will stay on for about and hour and then turn of. Then when I try to turn it back on i have to hit the power button 4 or 5 time before it turns back on. I think it it is hard drive failure but what do you think?

I have a system with a Pentium g4560 a gtx 1050 and a corsair CX450M psu, but I am thinking of upgrading to ether a gtx 1060 or a gtx 980 ti. Is this ok to do so or should I get a bigger psu? also if I wanted to add an i5 7500 would it be a problem?

I just bought a Asus Z77 Sabertooth with a i7 3770k from a garage sale and didn`t pay much for it. But when i hook it up the small green LED turns on showing that it has power, but when you short the power pins it does nothing, the fans don`t move, and there is no display output. If it is dead i am ok with that i just want more peoples input on this so i don`t throw away a good mobo. -Cade

it does not give me the option to create a new simple volume

I just got a MP500 nvme ssd, slapped into my computer and bios detects it but windows will not detect it. I am pretty new to PC building and don`t know what is going on.

It had windows xp but i dont want to buy a cd of of ebay to get it

I was given a old motherboard, a Pentium 4, and a hard drive. I tried to boot of of the hard drive and it tried very hard to boot but after a few errors about writing to the hard drive it gave me a error that said that it could not load the file "system 32" and my question is, is the hardware the problem or the software?

I am wanting to build my first system, and on pcpartpicker they had under the build guides tab a entry level gaming build. on the entry level gaming guides it had had some ddr4 patriot viper elite 3000 and the motherboard said it was olny rated for ddr4-2133 / 2400 is this a problem????https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VKQB2R

Hi, my brother wanted to look at a cpu I had and I handed him the cpu cooler and he touched the thermal paste you (can see the fingerprint) I am wondering if I should be worried ?

I am thinking if buying a prebuilt with everything except the gtx 1050 and then putting the gtx 1050 in it
