I'm struggling with low FPS on a newly purchased ASUS Strix RTX 3090. cpu --> 10900k mob-->maximus formula xii psu-->1200w asus thor plat ram-->32gb 3200mhz cl14 What I've tried: Clean driver install. Disabling VSync. Updating BIOS. Changing PCIe in BIOS from 'Auto' to 'PCIe 3.0'.
