Nick Burns, Company IT Guy's Achievements

  1. yea, $50 an hour is pretty standard. so 40-50 € seems right.
  2. I've got no certs*, and I'm doing desk side support right now. honestly it's not a bad stopping point to see what piques your interest before you move into a specialization OR into the murky waters of IT Management. *no certs, but I've been elbows deep in computers since I was all of 5 or 6, so I can talk the talk and walk the walk.
  3. that CCENT is a great jump off if you're into networking. but you've got more than the qualifications to get a help desk, or desk side tech, job.
  4. also you're plugging into the video outs on the graphics card as well, right?
  5. if you can swing a little more, this is the best 3200 ram I could find and it's what I've been using for a year+ https://www.amazon.com/Team-288-Pin-Desktop-Memory-TDPGD416G3200HC14ADC01/dp/B075HQDYDN
  6. at max settings it's at least 60+ in everything I play, if you were to have maybe an example of what you're looking for a little more specifically I'd be better able to help. But I did build my machine to basically play whatever I'd like at max settings without issue.
  7. I am running an R5 1600 OC'ed to 3.9ish, with 3200 14-14-14-31 ram, and a zotac 1080ti mini at 1440p. any specific questions?
  8. Tell us then how do you feel about sugar addiction?
  9. So is a Swisstool out? that's what I'd get if I were in that market.
  10. they do exist, and some of them have flipable motherboard trays so you can have a build that'll show off your PC. from the left side. keep in mind everything will be upside down.
  11. In a cup, I don't really care how it's prepared. However based on what I drink it seems I prefer tea.
