  1. Update! turns out most large camera backpacks with a single compartment are tapered at the top. I got the bag today and found it to be over 2 inches thinner at the top of the bag! After diving into all sorts of different types of backpacks for a wide array of use cases, I was turned onto luggage type backpacks by Kyle over on Bitwit! While he was talking about his Node 202 LAN party set up and the Ogio luggage bag he transported it in, I found that they make this style of bag in backpack form! after a quick search on amazon... Bingo! Almost all of the bags I found under "luggage backpack" had ample space. The only downside I found was that most of these bags are not padded and also quite large. lucky I happen to have an old foam pad from my days on a tiny dorm bed that I will be using to fortify the bag when it gets here. I'm also OK with the size of the bag because I needed the extra space for my keyboard, monitor, mouse, drone and camera gear! Here are links to the bag and a cheap bit of foam if anyone else was looking for a similar travel bag! 2. Great idea Mok! I hadn't thought of a camera bag, and sure enough I found one with the right interior dimensions with extra depth so I can cram in my monitor and keyboard in as well! (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0761CJ6X9/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) Thank you!
  3. Howdy ya'll! I just finished up a mobile workstation/gaming build in a Node 202 case. I'm very happy with the hardware I crammed in there and thermals I got from this case however, it is slightly larger then I expected (good for building bad for travel). I was hoping to fit this into a backpack for an upcoming series of trips but non of my backpacks fit this little monster. I know that a lot of "military styled" backpacks would work but I really can't rock that look. I found this one that I think would work (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MD26FGZ/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3E5K6GEFSI075) but I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with this or has any ideas? Thanks!
  4. Awesome advice guys! I just did some reading and i'm thinking i'm gonna take a look at the red team! (Unless I find a screaming deal on an i3 that is) The Athlon X4 or the FX-4300 look promising! Thank you all
  5. Hi, I'm new to the forum and have an odd question/idea. I want to start overclocking as a hobby but I don't want to subject my main system to the errors I could make and burn it up. So my thought is to get a relatively inexpensive dual core and motherboard to test overclocking theory's and learn hands on what a stable overclock feels and looks like in contrast to an unstable one. I learned a bit with my hasswell i5 but don't want to push the limits as to what I can do to it due to it being my primary system. Long story short what would be an inexpensive unlocked processor (preferably intel) and motherboard combo? thanks for your thoughts!
