So, I just bought a R7 3700x, Mobo, Ram and a Power supply and already have a mounted pc. Should I have any problem upgrading it myself and are there major risks considering its my first time actually building/upgrading a pc? I don't want to ruin my newly bought hardware, but at the same time I can't wait to get it installed and test it out. Can I do it myself following instructions thoroughly and watching tutorials, or its better to get the help of a technician? Im 15, btw

Haha, I'm sorry, I mistyped. I saw a bunch of benchmarks, leaks, Linus' video and etc

My GPU is getting bottle necked hard. When playing fortnite at the lowest settings, I oscillate between 130-140 fps, and as a competitive gamer I need at least 144 frames. I play overwatch as well, which requires a lot of cpu, so I get around 120-140 fps during large team fights. In spawning and stuff I usually get 160 fps, but it doesn't matter. Also, I can't listen to music (iTunes) and watch videos on Youtube when playing those games or else it lags so much and my CPU gets at 100% always.
I surely can play modern games with my current specs, but not achieving good framerates when playing them. Also, I unfortunately have a freesync monitor, so I can't take advantage of the lower frames.

Edit: Streaming with CPU encoding (way better quality) my PC gets unusable as well, but this is a minor factor to which I am choosing to upgrade my pc.

I don't think freesync is necessary as I play mostly overwatch and pubg. And the extra 100 bucks for the Vega could've been spent on a g-sync monitor.
