  1. I have the the screen and a gtx 1080 60hz is all that you can play on. higher that 60 stutters and isnt smooth at all
  2. @ M.Yurizaki I tested the Gsync app and the stutter is bad I even tested the Freesync app and same result but that could just be because of the apps are clashing with the 2 different technologies (freesync monitor and Nvidia card) The anomaly is that my monitor can only run @ 75hz when freesync is on. on my R9290 its smooth but on the 1080 it stutters when i try and run it @ 75hz and yes 60hz is 100% smooth but not as smooth as 75hz. It is very strange that when I plug the screen back and forth from amd to nvidia the stutter goes away on 75hz. this blows my mind. I just wish that there is an easier way to maintain the smooth 75hz on my 1080 without swapping back and forth after every restart or shutdown.
  3. Its crazy but true. Its like I tricked my screen by plugging it in to an AMD GPU rig and then back to Nvidia GPU rig. By doing that it seems like freesync was working perfectly on my 1080. ps all drivers are the latest as of 1 September 2017
