I LOVE this project, so great.

GPU tray
So the GPU was one of the hardest to install. There is only one hole I can use to fasten a screw. I made use of the cooling blocks spacers.
The weight of the card sits on that, rubber strips prevent it from sliding around, and one screw at the top secures it from falling out.
Life on the edge !

 
 
The one screw to rule them all & make shift console.
It is a U-shaped aluminium profile with notches for the cooling block spacers.
All the hardware sits in what I call trays. Because they all have a frame to create a boxed look.

I attached the profiles with these sticky things, each is rated with 2 kg, so no worries.
 
 
 
 
 
And here the GPU was in the tray the first time. Looks good.

 
 
Next was the pump. It was hard to fix it to the frame without a normal case. So I banged together these brackets from spare aluminium profiles.
 
 
 
I screamed so many times trying to fit those cables in. Ahhh.
This is the middle tray with the MOBO and the two PSUs.

 

 
Progress… needed a solution to have access to both front and back at the same time.
So often I had to fish cables through holes.. at first I put it on some accoustic padding.
No good.

I have too much time on my hands

Pushed on and finished the panels. Now I am a sweaty mess and need to go back to bed.       It's still not quite finished finished because the black panel will have a chrome decal on with the date it was completed. I still have a few jobs to do before that   I did treat myself to a separate chair for this rig because the arms on my chair do not drop (I broke them, now they are fixed in the up position and don't go down).    

its just the ultimate passion build. that's the only reason the build exists. and that's what makes it so amazing. so much detail into it too.

The money is  what has always held me back in the years prior from building a monster. Now that I'm at a point where I can afford it, it became a goal once I felt like my last PC was feeling outdated.
 
In terms of the color, I chose white and black ( chose color scheme first, name followed right after) because it's not over the top (when I want it over the top, the lights go on lol) and if I ever want to change it, black and white go with anything. I'm already thinking about how to update color when I change the fluid lol. My next idea is Miami vice/vice city theme (change liquid to teal, wrap some cables in pink... Oh yeaaaaaaaaa)
 
The thing I find is,as much as I use a PC (gaming, editing, browsing web, general media) I think I enjoy the building process more than actually using it lol. The adrenaline rush when you hit that power button the first time and everything boots up... Untouchable feeling

Bandai Namco never did have too many good games on PC but Tekken 7 and Dark Souls are all great and little nightmares is a quirky little puzzle game.Suprisingly the Naruto games are actullay relatively well made and are worth a try if you like fighting games with a lot of special moves.

The fallout bundles is a great bundle.All the Fallout games(except 4) for 18 dollars?That's a pretty good deal and is close to steam sales once all the DLC are included. Nonetheless you will get much more than your money's worthfrom this bundle.As for the quake and neverwinter bundles.Quake only has about 30 people playing a game at once and Neverwinter is DLC for a f2p so your choice

For real though, you should never use the TIM that comes with coolers, it's usually really cheap stuff. Get some decent TIM and re-apply it if I was you...
