  1. That is exactly why im asking for proper documentation, I use ckb-next personally but if you look at the github there is alot of uncertainty to the docs and also not all models are supported. All the repos you listed reverse engineer the protocol which is less than ideal.
  2. Recently i found that ICue Mac version is back again therefore I want to start a new thread asking @Corsair Nick about the state of linux support for Icue If we can just get the protocol of how corsair devices communicate to each other im sure the linux community can take it from there
  3. the closest alternative to icue on linux is ckb-next. Until someone can convince corsair to give us developers some help eg give us the protocol the best that can be done is reverse engineering the protocol which takes time
  4. I have a Gigabyte H310M S2H 2.0 + i5-9400F combo that wont boot in reference to I have the same error but since i have a 9400F i added a 1070 onto it but it still doesn't boot any ideas on how to get it to work?
  5. Hello everyone, I want a OS that is as light as possible for me to run windows 10 and a Ubuntu instance on a VM. What are the recommended OS? Currently I'm looking at ESXi and/or proxmox so anyone with experience with these can you please review it. I would prefer an easy to use solution but I'm fine with ones that require programming/CLI control Thanks! *Edit: I need it to work on 1 device and also need GUI to work

  7. guys i literally purged gdm3 a few times and installed it it now work? wtf
  8. oh im ready to reinstall alright i just feel like reinstalling all the time seems abit cheaty
  9. there is a safe mode but the thing is i can login with command line so not sure interesting plan of action ill try that lol im not really in the mood to reinstall ubuntu again (5th time)
  10. yes but you see the pop up asking for password is normal i have howdy (the windows hello style for linux) also i can login with command line

  14. its a glass screen the rigidity hasnt been compromised its still fine i just want the cracks to not propagate i think i will be using a windshield repair kit

  17. Hi guys I have a pihole configured but it's not blocking most of the ads that ublock can. I understand that ublock inspects the elements in the browser and block all the ads while pihole blocks by dns. If man in the middle attacks can see our data, can it also block ads the same way that ublock can? Ps. If this has been done by someone pls share I'm interested in doing something similar

  19. as you can see from the screenshot the app (Line) leaves a background outline on my screen everything works fine its just annoying i dont really know what details to provide so if anyone needs anything else to help me just comment it

  21. yeah i know the title is kinda clickbait but hear me out i have an asus zenbook flip and i wanna get into linux. Heres my issue 1. I have no experience with linux at all 2.My laptop is really getting along with anything.So I'm looking for alternative to kali linux as that is the only OS i can get to work properly on my laptop (eg debian wont recognise any of my keyboards,linux mint wont play nice with my network card) im also going to be dual booting windows.
