  1. I remember back in 2011, I used to come back from school, unpack and the first thing i did was open up my laptop and look at PC stuff, i fondly remember Elric's videos as well as yours being my first two choices The progress this channel has made is stunning, great job!
  2. https://www.surveymonkey.com/results/SM-PWYPCL5/ Results are in guys! Thanks for participating, my group analyzed all the data, and here's all of the responses. Also, there is some pretty stupid responses, but what can you do.
  3. Well, our group's plan is to accumulate the results, put them into excel and produce charts and graphs to display on a webpage. Not sure if the website will be on the school network or the internet, but yeah.
  4. Thanks for participating in the survey everybody! Appreciate it, glad to see it sparked up a small discussion
  5. Hi guys, For my IT subject in school, we are required to look into ethical issues of ICT in today's society. My group's job is to look into the implications of computer addiction and we are required to obtain a number of secondary or primary sources, such as surveys and interviews. If you have the time, please fill out the short survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RHS22K7 Thanks in advance you are a great help!
  6. Oh thank goodness. I tried to be as neutral as possible in case you weren't joking hehe
  7. Personally, i adore the new Runescape, but they did get rid of the main fan base by completely destroying PVP in order to work on what was an otherwise dead PvE system. As you can tell, i was never the big PvPer but they did promote a lot of good things about the game. I understand.
  8. Maybe it is a contender in this case, but i don't believe that it is an MMO and according to what i have read, is not really the best game. $2.49 on steam, don't think it calls for competition or a particularly large fan base ahah EDIT: Re-read your comment, as i think about it, maybe porting this particular game into an MMO is not really a good thing
  9. Runescape: Best: Being able to choose any role that you like, granted you have leveled the specific skill. you aren't locked down to a particular role and each role you play has its niche. Worst: The community slowly separating because of premature updates, nostalgia and simply because being such an open world, everybody finds something to argue about.
  10. You have a very valid point here. From the look of elder scrolls online, it seems that this MMO model is getting quite old. Maybe being set in a Mayan universe will allow more diversity when it comes to abilities, stories and weaponry?
  11. Yeah, even i agree.Maybe a game in this genre would help promote this culture along with its stories. Such as how S.T.A.L.K.E.R got me into thinking about the Chernobyl nuclear disaster
  12. I'm just wondering what the general reception of an MMO based in this universe would be like. Would it be a fresh breath of new life or a bland chunk of poop nobody would play? I'm interested to see what you guys think.
  13. This would be nice to replace my Nokia brick :3. I do tend to listen to a lot of music and watch a lot of things on my iPod 4, and being able to have phone capabilities with superb quality audio/video in one device would be great.
