    1. Get a single 8GB stick. Save and buy another whenever you can. Always try to get the bigger stick, IMO.
    2. You shouldn't need to go liquid. Look into going with any Noctua, Phanteks, or CoolerMaster heatsink.

Well, of course the bill will allow for government and military to have secure end-to-end encryption. What do you think this is? Some kind of country where all men are created equal?

some comments suggesting it's a cpu bottleneck with his FX8320, which i highly doubt, it's not an rts or online game to be that heavy on cpu, besides it's dx12 the 9320 should beform better than an i5 with multithreading, unless the game is single threaded, even then his fps cannot be sub 30 because of the cpu, something is broken in the game or nvidia drivers.
i am on win7, so was not gonna get the game anyway, and dx12 starting to feel like a big let down, dont seem to be missing out on much.

It's still exclusive to Windows 10, which is shitty on their part, considering they just want to force more people into their walled garden so they can sell said people as advertising targets.

I just wish they would give us some decent support for changing how Windows 10 looks. This is nice, but seriously... How hard can it be to give us back the old Windows 7 settings like changing how transparent something is, a proper color selection screen and color intensity?

Maybe that's why it took them so long to make a dark theme. They were hard at work removing customization from Windows 7.

The GTX 780TI has most likely NOT gotten any changes. What has changed is the games themselves. I dont think reviewers are that careful sticking with the same old version of their games. Game updates changes things, adds things, removes things. All of this can have a small impact. This is why the GTX 780Ti is mostly the same with a few boosts here and there. Rather then a clear boost all over.

Nvidia is blatantly NOT optimizing for it. They are simply leaving it in a limbo where it performs well enough to not make the masses sharpen their pitchforks.

LMG is no longer producing factually relevant content. They are "click-whoring". They'd make a video just to get likes and subscribes. The content of the video would be whatever.

When I use Windows 10, I find it's missing too many features that Windows 7 has, including important time-saving ones like pinning items to the start menu (as opposed to live tiles). And Windows 10 is a big step backwards from Windows 7 and 8.1 in a number of ways: Reduced control over updates, reduced control over privacy, in-OS advertisements, data collection and telemetry, reduced-functionality start menu, reduced visual customization, pay-to-unlock features such as Solitaire, a bunch of bloat software comes pre-installed...

There aren't really any advantages to Windows 10 over Windows 7 or 8.1 DirectX 12? Windows 7 and 8.1 are getting Vulkan. Also, Windows 10 has technical issues, and overall has been far buggier than Windows 7 or 8.1 ever were. I think that there are a great number of reasons why a person might not want to install Windows 10, and I know that for me I prefer using the Windows 7 installation on my PC, rather than the Windows 10 installation.

Windows 10 is a for-Microsoft rehash of Windows 7 and 8.1, which reduces user control, takes away some big features, and inject lots of data collection and monetization annoyances. Anything that Windows 10 does usefully is available on Windows 7 and 8.1, but things that Windows 7 and 8.1 do usefully are missing on Windows 10. There are more important features missing in Windows 10 than there are new useful features.

Maybe they want to reach new heights of gameplay by including a yellow ending.

I loved the original trilogy, but damn the third game sucked. One button does it all, meaning, sprinting, jumping and covering with space bar. I think 90% of the times I died was due to sprinting to a cover position, only to jump it instead face first into an enemy gun.

And then the mother of all shitty endings. My gameplay completely destroyed the entire "logic" of the ghost baby thing.

In other words, they really have to win me back.
