If it crashes because of overheating try to clean the fans and renew the thermal paste. That helped me a lot with my old graphics card in terms of overheating.

If you have any overclock on it, take it back to stock.
Monitor the temps with Afterburner or other software to check what they are at under load.  If needed, you can pull the cooler off and check the paste application.
Unfortunately, the r9280 is old enough, it might just be broken.  Good luck!

What are all your specs? Does the problem occur with the iGPU(if you have one)?

Look for quiet PSU. There's no rule of thumb for what's quiet. Make sure it's a tier 1-2 PSU in the tier list. If it's not in the list, check reviews or ask.

That said, complete OEM PCs from this era are €100-150 these days, so there's that.

Leauge seems to be having FPS issues since the big pre-season patch. Have him run a repair client and see if that fixes his FPS issue.

yeah or if bigger than 27inch,   or if u are an extreme color freak u can calibrate tn screens these days to have rly good colors too, i got ips and tn next to eachother, yeah the ips has abit better but its not like WOW i must pay 100+$ for it

if u wanna game at 144hz dont get gsync, it creates input lag just like vsync does , however vsync causes like a friggen 150-200ms input lag while gsync does like 70-120ms or so
 
unless u just want the hz for looks and not to be competitive then i guess why not, if u hate screentearing n shit ( which u wont rly get much at 144hz ) but yeah u know
 
if u sit straight at the monitor it isnt worth getting ips much if u compare the prices , if u like to look from angles or get a monitor size that is bigger than 27inch u should look into ips

IPS is better than other types when it comes to performance. Good TNs look like IPS when looking straight at it, but a lot worse at an angle. Look at the price though, a good TN is often the best choice (unless you have a high budget)

I'm sure that is not a problem. They might have to place an order for it but in the end, it is the same process.

Well on most games i'm not getting 60 fps, like i'd want, On battlefront 2 ( dont flame me ) I get maybe 50 fps sometimes, but  most of the time  i do get 60, On ark i get 30, ETC, I'd just like better overall performance, on the + side i can give my sister this GPU if i get a new one, and save my dad some money on building her a computer, Cause shes getting one for xmas.

I have it and I've been pretty happy with it. As others have said it's solid SSD, not the absolute best, but not far off. For 120 dollars it's a bargain.

It's a very good SSD only being beaten by a few others, namely Samsung, and I would recommend it if its price is good.

There may not be a significant difference in temperature (at first), but I've noticed having the radiator placed at the top tends to suck in a lot more dust. I have the S340 Elite that has a decent dust cover on the front. I've put my radiator up front as an intake, and I clean the dust cover about every 3 months. The nice part is that there is very little to no dust in the radiator and fans... unlike when I had the radiator up top as an exhaust in my old case.
 
Long story short, place the radiator up front but make sure there's a dust cover.
