    When I power on the motherboard outside of the case, only the RAM led lights turn on and nothing else (cpu and psu fans dont turn on). Is this likely a problem with my motherboard or my psu? I tested my psu using the paperclip test and it was able to power a case fan but when its plugged into the motherboard, that same case fan does not turn on. build: r5 1600 asus 1070 turbo asrock ab350m itx motherboard Corsair sf 600 psu corsair vengeance led ram 3200ghz
