Most of my publicly-known projects (like the ones you see in my status updates) start out as quietly-researched initiatives, that can go on for months (even up to a year) before being posted to public sites (like this one). In this time, over half of the ideas I come up with tend to die off, for a variety of reasons. Those ideas are ones that I tend to keep to myself, because I see no need for anyone else to have access to them most of the time. I do revisit some of them from time to time, to see if they have any purpose in future pursuits. But they tend to stay pretty dead. This one, however, is an exception to me. While I'm pretty sure that it's gonna stay undone if I hold onto it, I have decided to post it here, in case anyone else was interested in seeing what I would like to have in a Linux-from-Scratch distro. I was originally going to go through this guide to build it (since it is a good tutorial from what I've seen):
But I have found that my priorities are needed (and wanted) elsewhere. As such, I leave this small snippet of my senseless (and possibly even illogical) mind here - for you all to see. To keeping yet another idea from drowning in the dark abyss...

Happy hunting! Don't use this as a guide/basis for anything important - I beg of you (otherwise, the risk and liability is all yours). If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Okay - adding Sway to the mix. Also, my preferred partition setup for most linux distros involved a separate /home and /(system/root).

This is a page on cgdisk, my preferred tool for partitioning in Linux (when using Terminal).

More changes have been made. Definitely would include this in the future. Feel free to check out the new version attached to the OP...
