This probably sounds crazy, but if I could, I'd arrange my bedroom so that I'd have the following:
- a day-bed (bed that converts into a couch)
- a bookshelf (books - duh)
- a closet for my clothes
- a bag for my toiletries
- a powerstrip to charge mobile devices
The rest of the space would be filled up with server racks and PC equipment. Because reasons :3

sleeping or just being near the server rack noise.. ugh

@WereCat Already sourcing quiet fans for the server, so that won't be much of an issue :3

@WereCat My dual-Xeon workstation already produces a ton of heat as is, so replacing it with lower-clocked Xeons from the same generation shouldn't be much of an issue But it is 40 cores (lower clockspeed) vs 12 cores (higher clockspeed). I'll deal with it. No AC, so I'll open the windows and crank up the room fans I currently have.

Good thing is, the server will replace the workstation :3 along with other computers in my house @WereCat
