I'm actually starting to get tired of this. First, the crypto-boom that wrecked the GPU market. Then, the memory shortage/crisis that came afterward. Then, the RTX launch that left us waiting for lower prices. After months of waiting for the market to get its head on straight  (and people trying to mine crypto from drives), this BS:

It's bad enough that people still buy gaming GPUs for mining (instead of ones that are meant for the task). Now they wanna chase away ASICs and start mining with CPUs instead? Right before the launch of Ryzen 3000?! This better not touch the E5 Xeons. Hopefully, I'm just overreacting...
