Why did you buy an Android phone?

depends on your definition of "freedom" no offense
  8. https://boilingsteam.com/valve-breaks-the-shackles-of-proton/ Oh man,I was just thinking about the exact same thing a few days ago. It could be a huge blessing as some native games don't particularly run very well....This could help change that.. PS. I currently can't confirm this as I don't have steam installed.Could anyone check it out and confirm whether it is indeed true? Its been confirmed.
  9. ive been wondering the same thing actually. why would they even bother with this to begin with?...to own the entire stack?...there has to be more to it than that...
  10. thank you for reminding me about that....its been a while since i posted anything on the forums..
  11. how else would they be able to retain their consumer base.... i do think they will alienate android by bringing more and more baller features to fuchsia...just like what they did to AOSP
  13. lol. but i think they will weed out android eventually.
  14. https://9to5google.com/2019/01/02/android-runtime-app-support-fuchsia/?xyz So,Fuchsia is apparently going to have a android runtime dedicated for running android apps. We all knew this was going to be a thing. But its probably also a necessary move from Google to retain their consumer base while they try to make Fuchsia better than android(or else it will probably be DOA). I also believe that it will sever ties with android fully sometime in the future. Love to hear your feedback.
