  1. I'm trying to install the latest AMD driver on Windows 7, and no matter what I do. It keeps crashing after 5 seconds of starting up. I've tried updating Windows 7, uninstalling my previous driver installation, but nothing works... What do I do?
  2. Nope. I get absolutely nothing. Some are 3.0, some 3.1, and some pre 3.0, and the drives don't work on either. I looked up my motherboard online, and found the driver downloads at the manufacturer's website. They drivers didn't work, though. Yeah, my Xbox One controller, my microphone, my drawing tablet and my external floppy drive all work just fine...
  3. Okay, I looked at device manager, and saw there was a USB port with a warning sign, suggesting that there's no driver installed, so I got the driver from the motherboard manufacturer's website, and installed it. It worked at first, but then it just stopped working again. It only seems to work whenever it feels like it, like some days it works perfectly without problems, but6 another day it won't work at all. I'm totally at a loss now, does anyone have any ideas?
  4. I'm having a problem with my USB drives not being recognised on Windows 7. I don't get any messages saying they aren't recognised, I just get the sound that plays when you plug in a device, but the explorer shows absolutely nothing, except a generic "Removable Disk" drive (as opposed to showing the actual name of the drive and the icon selected for it.), and clicking on that. I've tried this with a few USB sticks I have and it does this with all of them. I tried rebooting and going to the boot menu to see if the PC itself is recognising them, and it does, so it must be a problem with Windows 7. What do I do?
  5. Okay, I installed Chrome Canary, and that's working for me just fine. If I run into any problems with that, I'll know to install regular Chrome. Thanks guys!
  6. Before I begin, I'm new here... so hi. Anyway, I'm having a problem with Chromium crashing on me as soon as it opens. There's no warning or anything, it just closes itself. I found out that it does this after the second time I open it after installation, the "default" folder in the appdata folder is what seems to be causing it to close, as deleting it makes the browser start again, but then if I close then reopen, the problem returns. Regardless of whether I have it signed into an account, it still crashes. None of the solutions I have found online have worked... I have tried reinstalling the program many times, and disabling my anti-virus/firewall, but the problem persists. What do I do?
