  1. I just bought and installed a new WD 1Tb HDD and I can't seem to make it work. Please note that I have spent 6 hours searching for articles/forums/youtube videos but nothing solves my problem. Here's the info I have if anyone could give me some advice: 1.) HDD is showing on the BIOS 2.) HDD is showing on the Device Manager 3.) HDD is NOT showing on Disk Management 4.) Can't "Create a Storage Space" since it's grayed out even though the pool capacity is the capacity from the new hard drive. 5.) Tried using "Windows Memory Diagnostic" (seems to work for some) but didn't solve the issue. Please don't comment very basic things such as re-seating the sata and sata power cables, because, I tried. I attached some screenshots from the infos above.
  2. It's been making this noise since I built it. Sometimes it disappears and other times it goes loud that I can hear them through my headphones. It also does react sometimes to anything I do with my mouse and keyboard by clicking/pressing. If anyone has any idea what is this please let me know. Audio recording attached. Noise.mp3
  3. I understand, hopefully I can get the 2400g instead
  4. I currently have an i3 3220 with 8gb of ram which is really not enough for music producing and video editing. I have around $500 to spend for a new system and a new monitor (the one I have is 900p) If I would buy now, the best that I can get is the Ryzen 3 2200g (I don't game that much) Should I wait for the 3rd gen Ryzen?
  5. So, I found a Thermaltake Litepower 350w PSU which is priced the same as the gray vs450. Should I get it? I won't be upgrading my parts anytime soon except for the CPU as I primarily use this PC for music production.
  6. It says Pheonix, but I can not find the manufacturer's website, nor even where to buy it.
  7. Thank you for that. Do both of them have the same rates of failing?
  8. I can not do that unfortunately as I live in the Philippines and the CX series psus are 100 usd, the VS's costs just 40 usd. But I am thinking of getting a thermaltake smart 500w as it costs around 50-60
  9. Which one of them is better? I am planning to buy a psu as what I currently have is a generic one. my spces: i3 3220 MSi H61M p3 8gb 1333mhz 1tb hdd Galax GTX 750 1gb oc
  10. can these bad sectors be easily repaired?
