This panel had good reviews everywhere I looked, that's why I bought it. But this is driving me crazy. And Nvidia is not making it any better, now it won't even save my settings on Nvidia control panel. 

I got my monitor a few weeks back, I know it's a TN panel and I knew from the start that the quality wouldn't be as wow as an IPS but this is ridiculous. I have no problem with the panel not being 100% color accurate, but I never saw anything like that on previous TN panels I owned.I would appreciate any help from you guys, this problem only affects videos in general be it streaming or whatever, I haven't noticed something like that happening on any games I played.

I would just get a nice 10-series card at a nice discount. Fuck RTX, at least for now.

Modern motherboards are generally made up of fiberglass and multiple sheets of copper traces - both of these materials are flexible enough to deal with expansion and contraction due to heat and humidity, and therefore can bend if left in one place for an extended period of time without supports.
 
The short answer is - this is perfectly normal, as long as the board was gently curved instead of sharply bent. You'll find that the board will be flatter after a few months of use as it will have been straightened out by the mounting pins on your case.

Um, no they're not. They're on par with a 1060. A 1070 is a solid 25-40% faster than 1060/580, which are also a bit faster than a 570

I update the bios, it should solve the problem.
I need to play for around 1-2 days Overwatch to be sure that it fixed it.

My bad, it was a driver issue.  Drivers on AMDs website are not up to date for some reason.  The ones on the website have problems with latest Windows update.  Vid shows how to get the newer fixed driver.

Had the exact same issue a while back, ended up being an issue with Logitech gaming software for my G502. - This might make sense since you said your mouse flickers.
If you have that mouse or use Logitech gaming software it's a possibility, just disable it at startup.

Though I do wonder if it's technically possible to have both, and the display would be able to switch between the two. 

Yeah, I do understand why is not a thing, but I still have hope to find one that does both.

I think it would be possible to have two scalers in a single monitor, with different ports for each, one with a Gsync Module, and one with a Freesync module, all you'd have to do is change the cable and input. sounds doable to me.

Anything that is not Razer. Razer products are extremely over priced ($100+ for a membrane keyboard? Come on.) and are known to be built like absolute crap. Many instances of them breaking within a few months. Arguably worse than those off brand mechanical keyboards from Shenzhen.
