They are both priced within £4 of one another so money should not be an issue. Which of MSI's graphics cards should I purchase? I cannot find any armor 1070Ti reviews anywhere.

So if I buy another thermal compound I wont need to wipe the heat sink with isopropyl alcohol?

Is the thermal compound on the Hyper 212 Evo already pre-applied or does it come separately?

Is there any way I can buy a decent thermal compound which includes a single isopropyl alcohol wipe: I dont want to buy a pack of 100!

I am planning a build at the moment, but the i7 would most likely push me over my budget. Would an i5 act as a bottleneck to a 1070Ti? I would not need the i7 for any other tasks like video editing - I just plan on school work and gaming at 1440p.
