CPL Powerline or solution for fiber inside apartment
ricksteendam1 replied to tomume's topic in Networking
were is the router stationed, and second there are loose tubes in every modern building I believe so with a wall scanner you would be able to find them and drill on to it with were you will find a fibre optic cable were you tie the ethernet cable on to and pull it through -
I need a mid tower case for my new build

maybe phanteks p300 or p400s is something for you -
NVENC are some separate cores from the CUDA cores designed for video encoding and decoding. so gaming performance won't decrease
-
yes that would be enough maybe get a board with ethernet and wifi like Asus strix boards have as your will be putting some heat on it
-
no they just both run the game but there would be some load so that's why this system is using 2 cards as NVENC need to run on the same card as the game is rendered
-
but NVENC is so much superior to x264 that it would be less logical to do that and really expensive
-
in that case, you can't be using NVENC it would be logical if you did this Machine #1 gaming/streaming Machine #2 gaming Machine #3 does not exist
-
sorry I'm a pc nerd i can predict the future
-
yes and no as your streaming you want to push as many fps as possibly can so a decent processor is still needed, but I don't see any reason to go for a ryzen CPU other than the budget. as an Intel processor is still best for gaming and would give the most fps

at the moment? and in which country?

How can I improve quality of music output from the m50x
ricksteendam1 replied to YourComputerGeek's topic in Audio
then I would suggest this internal sound card -
as obs is using the GPU and not the CPU, I would say that an Intel i7 would be better (as your just gaming) than a ryzen 1700 but it will be a bit more expensive. and obs would not use a second GPU to record on. (if that what your planning to do its a little vague to me) beqause obs usese NVENC to decode it would need to run on the GPU were the game is rendered on.

in firefight, your GPU ram would be maxed out if you can optimize from nvidea experience or turn things down like nice mussel blows ant things like that
