  1. For audio I use a Schiit Modi DAC and Schiit Magni amplifier attached to some Beyerdynamic DT 770s, this setup is connected to my system via USB. For the past few months I have been having an issue where if my system goes to sleep and needs to be awoken by pressing the power button my headphones start making a very loud, constantly repeating sound. No other audio goes through the headphones, and turning the DAC/Amp off and back on again doesn't help. I can switch my audio over to the motherboard and it sounds fine, but when reverting to the DAC it keeps making the same noise,he only way to stop it is to restart my system. It only started recently, as I have been using this audio setup for several years now. Any idea what could be causing it? Here is a video with the sound the headphones make when I wake my computer, it isn't too loud in the video but it is almost unbearable if wearing the headphones. Please ignore my dusty mouse mat.
  2. Resolved it myself, all it took was to open the tablet up, unplug the battery, then plug it back in.
  3. I have a 10.1 inch Galaxy Tab A that stopped accepting a charge in April. I know the device itself is not bricked and believe that the charging port isn't broken as it started taking a charge again about a month ago, but the next time I went to charge it (about a week later so the battery had drained) it refused to charge again. I've only had this device for a year and a half and it was not heavily used so unless the battery is defective it shouldn't be completely dead. What options do I have for fixing this?
  4. The Inspiron was linked to my Microsoft account, If I go to the microsoft website and sign in there it even shows it under my devices.
  5. Recently I upgraded my hardware tremendously, I went from a Dell Inspiron 660s with a core i3 2130 and intel integrated to a Ryzen 7 1700 with a 660TI that I will use until GPU prices stabilize again. The problem is that windows (I'm using the same hard drive from the inspiron, it came with windows 8 but I did the free windows 10 upgrade when it was offered) didn't like this hardware upgrade and believes that I am using a not activated copy of windows. I signed in with my microsoft account and used the troubleshooting feature which was unable to activate windows. If I click "I changed hardware on this device recently" it shows my Laptop that has windows 10 on it but not the desktop I upgraded from. Is there anything I can do to fix this or will I have to buy a windows 10 license?
