the 970GTX is still a good Card, if you are planning on running on 1920x1080 Screen res for a while,
and I would say that price is quite decent, I am from South Africa, and I got one 2nd hand for about $260 (R3500.00)

500W PSU
50~60 FPS on most Games Turned up to High / Ultra
, the i3 May bottleneck you
if you are planning on running Games on a Higher Resolution , go for the 1070GTX
but this card is perfect for now if you are going to be playing games on 1920x1080
