YAY Another contest to lose and increase my you tube subscriptions! LOL 

Join me my brothers and sisters in mourning the loss of my primary PC. It was on the way out and finally bit the big bazooka. I think the processor and/or mb died, it wont boot at all, it gets so far then turns off. It had been having issues for a while now and I did some troubleshooting to narrow it down but now she gone. I was hoping to win the ROG build but that wasn't in the cards and the wifey is not on board with fixing it right now. Ohh well, such is life. I am reduced to my Surface Pro 3 on my desk! LOL One day maybe, we'll see.

Regarding the fraudulent entries, I made a remark about it in my own entry. There are a lot of people in this contest that just dug out some ancient PC from storage and pretended it was their main rig. A lot of them are pretty obvious, like the one linked where they clearly have enough money to buy a completely lavish setup with multiple monitors but somehow are only running windows xp on a single-core celeron. Or when it seems believable but then they destroy the PC at the end of the video. Hopefully the reviewers of the vids can spot the BS and actually do take more than specs alone into consideration, like the contest rules says they will.

I hope so. I know I probably wont get picked because lets be honest, my video is not that creative, just some goober on a cell phone (LOL!) but at least its honest! And it doesn't help the chances when there's a flood of fraudulent entries from people looking for something to sell.

That's disgusting. I wonder how many people here did the same thing, bust out some piece of crap that's been collecting dust in the closet for years and make a sob story video about it. Sad part is you'd probably never know, meanwhile these jack wagons, who would probably just sell it anyways run the risk of taking it from somebody that could legitimately use it.

Ive been there, a while ago now, but i remember my dad doing work in exchange for a pentium 2 for me because he couldn't afford to buy me one and back then if a kid showed talent with PCs, you nurture it because it was a big deal. 
Best of luck to those who have bad PCs, i'm not against those entries, but i feel like half of them are a load of BS. Some vids even show the person breaking the machine, really someone is gonna break their main PC for a video. lol
