Where does this connect to the motherboard? Usb header?

I just want to ask where do you suggest I put the 2 FP 120 fans that I will be connecting to the motherboard? I'll be using a Silencio 352 and a MSI B350M Bazooka for my build. Currently I'm planning to replace the stock fans with the FP 120s that are directly connected to the case fan header in the motherboard so it can have the PWM function (1 back and 1 front top). I'll use 1 stock fan for the front bottom and 1 xtraflo slim at the top of the case. But the stock fan and xtraflo fan will be connected through sata to 4 pin connector (the one on the wish list). I'm guessing both fans will run at max speed using that connector. I don't want to use 4pin fan splitter. Other suggestions where to put the the fans with PWM function and why will be much appreciated.

Ryzen motherboards are not common in Amazon Japan. I can go to PC stores but I'm having trouble communicating becuase I can speak Japanese

Good day! I'm planning to build a PC and it's my first time doing it. I'm currently stuck because I don't know what motherboard to purchase also, I don't know what are the differences in motherboard chipsets. I have picked most my components the only missing part is the motherboard https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/registry/wishlist/328Y5ZT5SYHKG/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_3 I chose 16GB of RAM because I do some photo editing and a little video editing. I chose the 1050 Ti because currently I only play Dota 2 and Ragnarok (Yes, the game that launched more than a decade ago LOL) I just want to buy an affordable, bang for the buck motherboard. Also, If you have suggestion on better parts than I can use feel free to suggest. Thank you very much!
