int main(void) is the main function of the program that returns some sort of int to the shell (usually an 0 on success and 1 or -1 on failure) the (void) is a pretty old way of denoting a function takes no arguments. it is typically recommended to stick with the empty () rather than the (void) when making a function that has no arguments. but its all preference.

Hey guys so for my Linux workstation. I'm looking for a display adapter . I'm either going to be running pop os or arch. I'm wondering which card will be better for me I have a multimonitor setup. I also do some light gaming like the occasional RTS game. What Im really asking is what drivers are better for what im doing. Thanks.

If I have 2 1080s can I make one do raytracing and the other for regular display

I built my first gaming pc its pretty high end with a ryzen 1800x and a gtx 1080 and 16gb ram and my corsair h100iv2 cpu liquid cooler so i power it on filled with joy and to my dismay it powers on then right off, at first i thought it was a power supply problem because it woked for like a minute like twice but then shut off so i sent the psu back to corsair and got a better one a 750 for the same price i plugged it in correctly and even more exited than the first time it did the exact same thing some one please help me what did i do wrong and the cpu cooler im sure it works because the first time i boot it , in the bios it showed me the pump and every thing

i just got my ryzen 1800x and my gtx 1080 and my liquid cooler and i put it in and it worked then the next day i take the pc out of the case box where i stored it to make some room on my desk and the rgb lights glow on then the entire pc turns off what do i do
