If you want something a little more "special" you could always get yourself an LGA 1156 prebuilt and upgrade it with a cheapo Xeon from eBay. Thye OC pretty well and are still around 7th gen performance with the right overclock.

I get you. In my opinion, google docs is way easier to use and much more convenient. 

Regular going price on Amazon is around 30 bucks. The A400 is still a great budget SSD. 

Capslock is only really useful when you have to write numbers and capitalized letters.

1600 will do better, but i recommend the 2600

In that case, the Ryzen 5 1600 is the far better choice.
 
6 cores and 12 threads will blow away the i3's 4 core, 4 threads.

Even when doing full sentences in all caps SUCH AS THIS PART RIGHT HERE FOR EXAMPLE, I just hold down shift instead of using caps lock.

I found out over the weekend that one of my housemates capitalizes letters exclusively with caps lock instead of shift.
