  2. So basically my psu is old probably like 3-4 years which I’m pretty sure I need a one. But I’m having this problem where my pc is randomly restarting when I’m playing csgo and only csgo that I know of. Temps are fine on cpu and gpu so I’m thinking it’s my power supply but I could be wrong. Anyone have any ideas?
  3. Got a new mother board plugged it all in and it turns on but dosent boot up. All the fans spin and everything just don’t get input into a monitor. Not very familiar with the monitor and I looked online but what’s does the blinking blue lights means when I press the power button. I tried clearing the cmos but I’m not familiar on a bios update with this kind of mother board. Here’s my spec PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 3.9 GHz 8-Core Processor $329.99 @ Amazon Motherboard ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate ATX AM4 Motherboard $299.99 @ B&H Memory Corsair Vengeance LED 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 CL16 Memory $124.82 @ Amazon Storage Seagate Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive $89.00 @ Amazon Video Card EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition Video Card $609.00 @ Amazon Case Corsair SPEC-DELTA RGB ATX Mid Tower Case $79.99 @ Best Buy Power Supply Corsair TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply $99.98 @ Newegg Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts Total $1632.77 Generated by PCPartPicker 2020-08-06 18:54 EDT-0400
  4. I’ve tried resetting the cmos and I’ve tried putting my old cpu in and the same thing happens
  5. Nothing all I get are spinning fans and a solid red cpu light
  6. Got a new cpu no pins damaged new cooler, on boot up all the fans spin but the cpu light is solid red any ideas
  7. The pins are all good on the cpu so it’s not a bent pin, ram is all in good cpu is in all good so idk someone help
  8. Ok I think ram was slightly out so I fixed that so now when I try and boot it the dram light is off but now the cpu is now lit red
  9. I got a new case probably should mentioned that aswell so yes I unplugged everything but it’s all in the right spot and fully plugged in
  10. Ok so it updated or whatever restarted turned back on but it’s back on a solid dram light. Do you think upgrading back up to the newest version could fix it?
  11. Yea it is fat32 by default on the flash drive. I’m going to try and update with a little older bios update see if that does anything. Good news it’s updating with the slightly older version of the bios
  12. I left it out for like 5 minutes, I’m leaving it out for 10 now but I renamed the file but I don’t know what flash drive I have. I don’t even know what a fat32 formatted flash drive is so I’ll look at it. But I’m pretty sure I used that exact same flash drive when I updated my bios 2 years ago or so. Ok so the flash drive is a fat32 flash drive thing
  13. I tried what he said and I had the same result with it being stuck on a solid red dram light. And yea I did grab the newest one on the website
  14. Don’t see anything about not using any chipset it alls looks good on there. I guess I’ll try and upgrade mid way see if that does anything
