you should just be able to enable secureboot and fTMP in bios.

fTPM is based on the CPU. So unless for whatever reason your board does not allow you to enable it, you should just be able to enable it. There is also the fact that Windows 10 will be supported for a very long time.

Neat relatively cheap machine that for its price class is rather high quality. The storage is lacking, but if you dont mind that, its a rather neat daily driver for most people.

there are similar deals in other countries aswell, so worth checking if its wellpriced elsewhere.

in general, just have a look at a price comparison website to see if its a good deal. Some places its less of a good deal than others.

    Again, it's hardly an abomination.
I see a perfectly working power supply, within specs, that passed all tests, assembled well (threadlocker on screws, selastic on tall components to lock them in place and reduce vibrations, they even spent money on a mechanical relay to disable the ntc / inrush current limiter, movs , good AC filtering), and it even manages to reach almost 88% efficiency at around 50% load, while it only needed 85% and it does 86% at 20% when it only needed to reach 82%. Also appreciate the use of electrolytics from a single brand which has good reputation and the use of 105c electrolytic on the primary cap while other brands use 85c rated capacitors there to save money.

If there's anything to complain is maybe the fan which could be better (better than regular sleeve bearing) and a bit better ripple on the output (the 500w model peaks at 60mV at 100% on 12v but it's around 40mV at 50% load) and if you want to be anal about it, it could have done with a bit more attention to removing the flux residue after soldering, but flux residue doesn't cause any danger to the power supply and it's just a visual imperfection (majority of people buying it won't open the insides to look under the circuit board to see flux residue)

CS650M for example is more efficient, up to around 92%, but uses electrolytic capacitors from multiple brands (I guess depending on what's available that day.. for example the Techpowerup review shows some Elite capacitors used, and capacitors from several series from Teapo, and there's 85c rated primary capacitors to save money) ... It does have dc-dc converters for 5v and 3.3v but those are less important in budget computers which barely use those voltages and are heavy on cpu and video cards which use 12v.
The quality of the outputs is not any better ... it still does around 60mV at 100%, around 35-40mV at 50%, 20mV at 20% ... similar to Seasonic. The 5v and 3.3v are cleaner due to dc-dc converter, but it doesn't really matter.

It's not worth the $50 to upgrade his power supply ... better put that $50 on a more modern video card with lower power consumption ex a 175w RX 570 instead of a 280w 290x

No, it doesn't. Stop spreading misinformation. According to Gamer's Nexus review 11700k is about 11% slower in Adobe Premiere Pro, which is what OP is using. 9% slower accoriding to slightly different benchmark from pudgetsystems.

OP, you kinda have to get 32GB of ram for this workflow - would be nice if it were 3200, but 2933/3000 is going to be fine as well; a 5800X would be nice, but a 10900f would be my second option (the probable one with your budget honestly), just make sure to get a board that can disable power limits); you don't need NAS HDD - they are made for being close to many other vibrating disks which isn't the case for you. Also I don't know but maybe 1660 Super is going to be availble for you easier. But most importantly don't accept advise from somebody who thinks 11700 is just as good as 5800X for video editing.

If you wanted to squeeze in a 5600x, this would be in budget without VAT.

however id encourage spending a bit on a more flexible powersupply.

MSI MPG A-GF 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (MPG A750GF) - PCPartPicker

or just grab what Herman made and swap in either of these powersupplies. They are a bit more, but are a bit more flexible in terms of GPUs that have heavier transient loads.

Removing an item to purchase is complicating things?

Also, in general you want to avoid extensions or adapters that add unnecessary cable lenght or connections.

Increasing the odd chance you may melt your cables (edit: well specifically the connectors, as there are now more of them) is not something i preffer doing. There is also the small voltage drop.

shouldnt be paired with GA102 GPUs. While its supposed to be fixed, allegedly some units are still trippin on these high transiense GPUs.
edit: its also not a perticularly good PSU to begin with.
motherboard only does 1 PCIe 4.0 drive without going into lanes for the GPUs. If you want to do multiple PCie 4.0 drives, X570 is prefferable, however realistically 3.0 drives are plenty. Also id suggest doing a single large drive, for this amount you can get 2TB of good SSD storage instead.

Overkill for the workloads you have decribed, a 5800x is plenty.

Honestly just merge in this build. just swap out the bits you have allready bought.
The Enermax Revolution DF is just a better and cheaper powersupply.

I am looking in those advises and non are reasonable.
5700G is good option for you, But you should pair it with high speed RAM! AIO is unnecessary but if u like it, it's okey. I have to say it few times a day, Don't buy WD SN550 drives!
@PC MD Doctors Don't pair micro ATX board with ATX case and especially not other way around! And don't advise overspending on parts, That gives zero performance adventages and cheaping out on parts that affect performance! Please stop giving generally bad advises, I sow you doing this few times already 😞

Here is a list for you: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8pTnbh
And yes, RAM speed really matters, especially in this case, Because 5700G will be using shared memory from RAM and to it to work it's best, Fast ram is necessary, It fit's your budget, So why wont get the best 😄 U can also choose another kit of your liking, At least 3600 CL16, Not slower than this.
Also, AIO comes with already applied thermal paste.

But overall, This guy gives generally bad advises in many topics, I corrected him few times already, So are you saying he should continue giving bad advises to people and sometimes mismatched parts?
