  1. Hey guys Basilisk here. After changing the config of a build I have planed I unfortunately realised that the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv doesn't support the EAXT motherboard I was looking at using. That being the ASUS X370 ROG Crosshair VI Extreme. So I was wondering what is a case that will support an EATX motherboard such as the above listed and maintains the sleekness of the Enthoo Evolv. I would also like to keep it in a similar price range to the Enthoo Evolv unfortunately ruling out most CaseLabs cases as they would be perfect. This case would also need to be able to support up to a 360mm Radiator and have room to fit a full custom loop by EKWB. Hope you can help. Basilisk
  2. Honestly I would have to say that the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv is still one of the nicest cases on the market however the CaseLabs MAGNUM SMA8 is probably the best E-ATX case and the most customisable case on the market. If you can live without tempered glass and the fact it's at least $600 USD this is hands down the case for you.
  3. Yeah, I have been thinking about the mayhem's coolant but I can't find a purple colouration that actually looks like a dark purple. it looks more blue. https://mayhems.co.uk/coolants/pastel-coolants/pastel-pre-mix-1ltr/purple-1ltr/ The Mayhem's Dye purple does however look pretty good: https://mayhems.co.uk/dyes/standard-dyes/purple-10ml/
  4. Hey guys Basilisk here. As I have decided to custom liquid cool both my CPU and GPU (link to the build will be included below) I was wondering a few things. Is any good purple coolant for custom liquid cooling and if so could you refer me to the product and secondly would you recommend using a coloured distilled water, coloured tubing (I can't find soft purple tubing anywhere), or coloured coolant for a custom loop. I understand that the coolant is basically just distilled water with some additives to create a slightly better cooling environment for the system. Thanks for the advice. 5. The main reason I was going to go with the EVGA card is that removing the stock heat sync doesn't void the warranty, as far as I am aware if you do that with any other brand of GPU it does void the warranty. (I was looking at cooling the GPU) Anyway thanks for the advice, I have decided to change a few things so I'll link the new build in this post. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/tmw8NN I am also going to replace ASUS Crosshair Hero with the Crosshair VI Extreme when it is released in Australia. I'll link it below. https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/ROG-CROSSHAIR-VI-EXTREME/ Again thanks so much for the advice. Basilisk
  6. Hey guys Basilisk here. I would just like to get your thoughts on this new pc build for gaming, streaming and editing. https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/zqyHyf Also the price of the OCZ SSD is $401.98 AUD (The reason there is no cooling is I'm looking an getting a full custom loop including GPU block from EKWB) Thanks for the advice.
