If money isn't an issue, you should just get a capture card and/or use another PC for encoding.

For 500 euro, just pick yourself an Intel Core I7-8700k.

    He bought a 1080ti, so I think there is a good budget (probably). I would go high-end if you've already purchased a 1080ti. So I would take a 8th gen i5 or i7.

You might want to get a coffelake i5 and throw the money you save there at a more powerful GPU

Again, thank you for your help. You are very right about the kill coil, after all silver is the most conductive metal. So in that case ill steer clear of dye and kill coils. Thank you, have a good day.

Tom Cat reacted to For Science! in Mixing Stuff
You too =). In my opinion silver kill coils are outdated and have no real place in modern loops. EK-CryoFuel is my recommended "additive" to distilled water since all it is a solution of biocidals and anti-corrosives.

Upgrade to the i7 7700 / i7 7700k altogether already, the 7600k is a terrible value for its cost, it is overpriced and bad performing, only 4threads and so on.

The only worth upgrade is to the i7.

Just use your old boot drive, Windows will reinstall the drivers it needs to after the swap, no need to put a second key or any thing.

Again, why would you want to? It's not needed, and also potentially deterimental. CryoFuel has effective biocides in them already. Introducing additional ions just allows for more chemical reactions that are in this case, simply unneeded and probably harmful.

Exactly what, is hard to say. But All i can say is that I would heavily advise you not to do so. It will most likely result in a pH off balance and negate the effects of the coolant (biocidal/anticorrosive) in the case of the white concentrate, it may precipitate too.

Primochill True white is already "complete" as a coolant, I would recommend you not to mix it with any other coolant, especially if its from another company. Perhaps primochill can recommend you to mix with their own clear coolant if it is made of the same stuff.

I'm an Intel fanboi, so AMD isn't even on my radar.
I know that X299 is at a premium, my question isn't about value, it's about pure performance.

Imo spend more and get 1050ti instead, but out of those two 560 is the better choice

    1) Is their a new laptop Samsung plans on making in the near future? I'll wait if that's the case.
Yes, new laptops will always be around the corner, so probably best to wait and never buy one.
/sarcasm, buy what you need today, thinking about how long into the future you want to use it for.
    2) Is the keyboard backlit?
Yes, which is IMO an absolute MUST on all laptops nowadays.
    3) What can I upgrade on the laptop?
Possibly storage, probably not anything else though, as most thin and light laptops have soldered RAM these days.
If you want to upgrade a thin and light laptop, right now I can only recommend Dell's XPS 15 series.

    3) Well it looks like it come with Max ram. You might be able to upgrade the storage, but the fact is, you wont know until you get it, on how easy it is to get inside. You also might be able to replace the WiFi card, but to be honest, that might be the best card thats in there now.
    4) There is nothing wrong with Radeon Graphics. Dedicated GPU's are generally better than Intel Integrated graphics.

Though I would also go with the 13" only because of the size. 15" notebooks suck if you need to take the machine with you. This is actually a nice looking machine.
