1.3v on amd is completely normal. 1.55v is were things get rough. AMD and Intel's voltage systems are different

is there any program that will solely use the gpu to render a video? i know of loiloscope but you need cuda, which i dont have. i tried vegas 13, but it used my cpu and barely used my gpu, BARELY. OpenCL

Alright so im 17 and having a credit card would make my life so much easier when it comes to paying for things. I know that you need to be 18, but i do know that you can be 17 and still aquire one by either having a co-signer or proof of steady annual income. my question is, what companies actually do this? i know of tower federal credit union, but what are some others?

If you buy reference, get a kraken g10 or a waterblock. In the videos it may not seem terrible but its bad. It was very loud even in my Fractal XL R2

Battlefield 4 Beta Gameplay: Here's some gameplay of myself when I had my 760. All settings were maxed. Keep in mind this was during the beta, so FPS should be a bit better now. Generally I was 60+. I was using an 8350 as well, so you're more than OK.
