Hello! I know this question has been asked a thousand times in different variations, but I didn't find a thread that matched what I wanted.
What I look for:
A fast laptop that will hold up and not break after a few years with a good battery that will last for 8 or so hours. I will use it for school (word, chrome etc.) and other work but NOT for gaming. HDMI and a headphone are a huge plus. The amount of RAM is not so important, nor the storage since I don't need so much storage. All I basically want is a laptop that is fast to use, launch programs and good at multitasking.
I have looked at the HP Spectre x360, Dell Inspiron 15 7000, Dell XPS 13 (but it's a bit pricy) and the 2017 MacBook air model. I prefer Windows but a switch to a mac is possible if it gives some benefit (my friends MacBook air have lasted for a long time and shows no signs of ware).
What you guys recommend? Or should I wait and see what will be launched with the new generation AMD processors?
