  1. Do you think a different fan on the 212 will make much of an audible difference?
  2. I currently have a 212 evo that works fine but want to spice up the look of my of a bit with an nzxt kraken AIO with the rgb infinity mirror cpu block. My pc already has a reasonable hum which I'm convinced is the 212 evo. My question is will a kraken be quieter or louder. (whichever one will fit in an nzxt phantom 530, preferably the biggest) My thinking is a larger one can have 2 larger fans than can spin slower and he quieter??
  3. Like someone else said. 7.1 helps, but I use v-moda crossfades. They're great headphones for all uses, and are reasonably cheap for what you get. For longer gaming sessions I'd recommend the thicker pads you can buy additionally
  4. It also wouldn't help too much. We're usually playing PUBG and so I will usually still be pressing keys when talking
  5. That is true. But is also a pain haha
  6. Well it's some Chinese brand keyboard but they're similar to mx blue
  7. Pretty sure I do, although I will double check next time I use my pc.
  8. Headphones work fine in the audio jack on my pc (how I currently use then). It's just when they're plugged into the scarlett
  9. I use headphones and an external Mic when gaming. However my team mates on discord can hear my mouse and mechanical keyboard. Does anyone know how to prevent this? I have my Mic as far away as possible and as close to me mouth as possible so I can lower the input volume. I've added rubber o rings to my keyboard to quieten it a bit. I was contemplating getting a keyboard with mx silent switches and the o rings but it's expensive. Also considered a highly directional shotgun mic to try and isolate my voice. But also expansive. Youtubers have videos using external Mics and playing with other people. How can they do it?
  10. I have a focusrite Scarlett solo 2nd gen for an XLR Mic I use for gaming. I would like to plug my headphones into it to use it's better dac than on my mobo. However when I do this using the adapter that came with the headphones (v-moda crossfade) to plug into the Scarlett. I can only hear from the left ear. That is all sounds, my Mic, system sounds and sound from my application. Both the headphone cable and the adapter have 3 rings on the jacks for stereo sound and a Mic. I've looked in all the system setting etc. There's nothing I can change to make it work. (Runnign Windows 10) Does anyone know why I can only hear in one ear or how to fix??
