Sometimes older drivers can cause issues, but this shouldn't be too common. Just try running your system as-is and see if you have crashes or weird behavior. If you do, then you can try running Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and installing fresh drivers. But in general the drivers should be fine. You can even use Nvidia and AMD cards together in the same system if you really wanted to, but this wouldn't be practical for gaming. 

Im trying to decide to get a RX 5700 XT or a RTX 2070 Super. But I keep reding in comments and user reviews about how horrible the drivers are for the RX 5700 series such as games crashing and BSOD's. Did AMD get most of the problems fixed as of today Dec 2019? I want to get my friend either a 5700xt or 2070s for christmas.

yes , most games at ultra (with some exceptions of badly optimized games, namely ubisoft)

If 75hz you mean 75 fps, sure could get you another 2 years if you don’t mind changing settings. It’s already old and games are advancing faster than ever. Asking a lot here.

I am currently gaming on a 8600k with GTX 1080 on a 1440p 165hz monitor.
I avarage about 90-150 FPS in most games on high settings. If you plan to use this GPU in 1080p it will definitely last you atleast 2-3 years maybe more.

you can attempt to manually OC and get about 2933mhz instead of buying a new kit. 

You can install 3200 or 3000 Mhz ram and I'd say there's probably 90% chances it will run perfectly fine.
Those motherboards with B350 chipsets and 1st generation Ryzen were a bit picky about memory, but you're gonna use Ryzen 2nd generation which is more relaxed about memory and has better memory compatibility out of the box.
If you happen to be out of luck and you get memory errors at 3000 or 3200 Mhz, you can always go in BIOS and either increase the timings to reduce the "stress" on the memory (then retest using memtest86 or other tools), or you can reconfigure the memory to run at 2800 mhz or 2666 Mhz - those memories should run for sure at 2666 Mhz without any problems.
Basically, it's not a question of "will my pc even start with these memories", no matter what you should be able to use those sticks but worst case scenario, you'll just have to run them at lower frequency or higher timings.

Either way new keys are only $5 on ebay and you don't even need a key to use or install windows 10.

Ive read its biggest gains are on synthetic benches only.  That the real world application (for gaming at least) is like 3-5 fps.  I was told this by people more intelligent than I here on these forums when wondering about swapping out my 2133mhz, and building an intel system with it.  In the end after much discussion I was of the belief its not worth it in my situation.

Sorry but buying the 9600k isn't worth it. You get the "hyper threading" experience through AMD for $40 cheaper. (R5 3600)

Go for a used launch model. The slim has a worse screen.

Great system for homebrew and emulation too, if you weren't aware.

Definitely, I haven't stopped playing since it's release. As mentioned there is quite a few fixes needed but luckily for me I've only ever been dced once, apart from that the game was been fantastic. Also who plays full price for games g2a/cdkeys amirite?

I got the game then refunded within 2 hours play. The game is a big mess right now. I don't know when Capcom is going to push out all these patches to address all these multiplayer issues and performance issues. I will say wait for a month to see how Capcom handle all these issues. You will get disconnect if you play online with other players. 

I got the console version from friend as a gift, pretty sweet althought the cooking animation is stupid. Kinda like Final Fantasy 13 as thats the only ff ive played.

99% you will disconnect when playing online. 

My roommate put 39 hours into it during it's first 80 hours of release. He's played it every night since. He loves it.

I had it working for about 2h the other day but ya most of the time you can't get online to save your life

Nice I think I'll get a RX 480 then, I am going to get one from Powercolor that is 8Gb and this one is the Red Devil Edition with three fans. 
The seller on eBay is asking for $260 plus $15 in shipping.
