one of the DVI ports on my HD 7950 went bad, and tomorrow I'm going to call AMD for a replacement, and I was wondering what should expect? I'm asking this for two reasons.
1. I have never dealt with AMD customer service in the past (my brother said he has had a good experience in the past, but the was like 6yrs ago), will I have to send my card back THEN they will send a new one, or will they handle it like dell did, and I just send it back when I receive a replacement?
2. The HD 7950 has completely fallen out of production, but mine is still well within its warranty (still has over a year left), and I have no idea how they will handle this
