  1. I haven't done this before and kinda scared to do so cause of fear of bricking my phone. Recently its shown its age in the latest update from MIUI 12 to MIUI13, was wondering where i can find credible tutorial on the basic and know how of ROM flashing.

Is it like a pc where i just install windows or linux OS and it will just work or i need to find a compatible ROM for my phone?

Phone is Redmi note 9 Global

I know its a low-end device but it still works and the only issue is on the software side not the hardware.

AFAIK it is not supported on anything older than Zen2 (Ryzen 3xxx CPUs). Check around in BIOS, you need to have a UEFI install of Windows with no CSM, you need to have above 4G decoding enabled (I think) then have Resizeable Bar option either on or on auto.

I did get my R5 3600 and my RTX3070 to work fine on two gigabyte B450 boards.

Oh i see. Good to know. Thank you

  3. Since EVA doesn't make AMD GPU (so far), i know SAPPHIRE is the "best" when it comes to AMD cards. But the shops here where i'm from are all out of stock.

I found an ASUS DUAL and MSI MECH variants, kinda pricy compared to POWERCOLOR FIGHTER variant.

Which is better in terms of overall warranty support and life longevity?

  4. I was searching on how to do a multi monitor set up for a ps5 just like a pc and i can't find anything about it on consoles(or am i just bad as searching). Is it even possible?

Please see image on how i was imagining it.

PS: it would be used for a racing set-up also like the photo. and he's using a pc not the ps4 below

Well, there isn't really any way to know, at a glance, if the battery is good or not. Just check with apps like AccuBattery and use personal experience with day-to-day use. Over time, you'll get an estimate.

I would have bought a pixel 6, but damn the markup where im from to the msrp is 33.33%

There is the app AccuBattery. If yoi run it and allow it to run in the background,  ot will determine the remaining capacity after a few charging cycles. But you have to research the original battery capacity of the phone and enter it into the original capacity to see how much it has left. My 4-5 yr old Huawei P10 lite has 65% left(1800 mehr out of the original 3000mAh)

So its like meet up, check, looks good, pay, part ways kind of thing.

  7. Hi, I'm about to buy a 2nd hand samsung s10e and was wondering on how to stress test or know how good the battery health still.

Is there some way to test it like run a benchmark then check the battery drain on the specific phone

I really have no idea on what to do while buying a used phone. The outside seems to be all good. My only concern is the battery health

You can use get a 180 evaluation license for any supported release of Windows Server from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-server-2019.

You can use the trial version of Windows Server. I think it is valid for 30 days.

@PorkishPig @LTTfan2006 what will happen after the 180 day trial? can i still use it?

I have no idea of what your talking about

He's a beginner guys. Don't be so hard on him/her

Real talk tho. I think this pc is about 8-10ish years nothing out of it could be "used" for modern hardware. sad to say

  10. Hi, i'm currently looking for a free Windows Server OS (that is legal) or anything that is being used for enterprise purposes for research/studying purposes. Are there any good informative video/tutorials on how to create and manage a server?

I'm studying for a certification exam and a actual hands on server OS would be a big help

    Thank you

*i want a job so bad rn*

Are you referring the front panel headphone jack and the motherboard audio output?

I was thinking of using everything on the back of the motherboard

If your motherboard audio is Realtek, in the control panel you may be able configure them to play simultaneously

Funny enough i tried plugging the extra speaker in the front panel and it cut off the audio output on the back panel. how can i do this as the last option?

I'm really new at this audio thing

can you please explain to me how to use this audio O/I on the back of the motherboard?

i am currently using 4 and 5 in the photo below for my headphones

  12. Hi!

I was curious on what audio inputs at the back of the motherboards do, so I search and found out they are for surround sound or something.

I was wondering on how can I do that with a generic/basic speaker and my headphones(not the surround part) just to make them both work at the same time as an output. I tried plugging it in different I/O but with no luck so I tried searching in youtube all I got is a repeat on a tutorial of this (link) and I found another one with a subwoofer I think(which I don't have) (link)

Do i need extra software to do this?

info about the speaker: it only has 3.5mm for an input(that's basically it)
    note: they are all wired

I know I can just buy a splitter. I'm just curious if I can do multiple speakers without it

    Thank you!
