I've got a GTX 1050 and a core i3-8100. How do I enable render caching?

So, I tried out Resolve. Made a video, tried 1080p, 24fps, and in task manager, it showed less than a quarter of both my CPU and GPU being used and Resolve's CPU usage dropped significantly to 0.1% after a while. Please help.

Did that, didn't work, also tried older versions, didn't work.

So, I built a PC. Got drivers from Geforce Experience and whenever I launch TF2 it uses the Microsoft Basic Display Driver because the display driver fails to start, and the MS driver doesn't work with TF2. In other source games, it says it failed to create a D3D device. I use a GTX 1050. Please help.

I just remembered something else. So there's this one Xbox fanboy I know and I just said PC gaming is better randomly one day. He then said PC doesn't have achievements, a big community, voice chat, and a bunch of other things PCs obviously have. I called him out and even told him other benefits like free online and cheaper games. He then said "PC sounds like an alright platform, but it can't compare to the Xbox One." Yes, he thinks all PCs have the same specs, even though he saw two with DIFFERENT SPECS and HE COULD TELL A DIFFERENCE. He then just says "it's my opinion." It's not an opinion, it's just picking a product based on a name and ignoring facts when presented. I had a PC part list with specs that CRUSHED the Xbox One, for only a bit more than the Xbox One's price. He then hears me talking about the Wii to someone else a few months later and he said "The Wii sucks." I say "In specs, but it had a great library of games and it innovated and brought non-gamers to gaming. In my opinion, it was a good console, because what good is graphics with no good games?" He then said "What about my opinion?" I then tell him that I was trying to be OBJECTIVE when talking about PCs, when all he was doing was ignoring facts. I don't hate people who prefer consoles, in fact, I have an Xbox One for playing games with my friends who PREFER the Xbox One, but understand that PCs are better and there are people I know that do the same. I just hate people who ignore facts. What's the best video that can show him?

i wasn't really a techie back when this happened and i was quite young but i knew a decent bit so i was convinced that a school pc had a virus because most of the people who went just clicked on fishy things like fake download buttons on ads and i told the people there and... instead of getting an it guy to check it or replace the hard drive or anything else they replace the MONITOR

yeah this was when I was 8 but when i was 9 i actually educated myself and i actually knew what the pc and monitor were and even knew a bit about ram

I'm quite new to PC building, don't really know how to overclock.

I have an AMD FX-8350 and a MB with the A78 chipset. I've been finding it quite confusing to find out how many lanes I have. I contacted AMD and they were no help. I've been browsing their website and still no luck. I want to install a wireless network adapter but don't want my graphics card to get reduced to x8 just because of my need for Wifi. I was browsing the internet and found this place which seems to be quite good for getting help with building PCs. Please help. A summary, if you think this too long: I have an AMD FX-8350 and an A78 MB, contacted AMD, no help, so please help.
