On the motherboard the z97-a and z97-ar have led lights on the MB that you can look up in the Manuel for trouble codes

For a single GPU no but i personally buy certain parts for upgrades in the future and the PSU is one of those parts. If you plan on SLI or filling up your PCI slots then you would be covered and it is a good rule to have some "headroom" regarding your PSU when building an enthusiast PC.

Any 780 would be good for your GPU. You are watercooling it so any would be fine.

    For your PSU

All the other parts look good and i would stick with those. You have however forgot to mention a water block for the CPU. Any choice from XSPC, BitsPower or EKWB would be fine.

Check here for some really good prices and choices for any of your water cooling parts......http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l1/g30/Liquid_Cooling.html

Overkill but hey, nothing wrong with that

Not a fan of bay reservoirs, they are a pain to fill and with a case like the 750D the res makes the front look ugly and besides there is plenty of room inside it.

Just make sure they don't offer you a cheaper component instead of what is there, just because they claim it is as good Naughty trick some retailers have haha. Best of luck though, this will be a great build for sure
