  1. It can stream any game, just have to use xpadder to map the controls or use a USB hub to connect a mouse and keyboard. I just played Titanfall 10 miles from home with great performance through my phone's wifi hotspot. With an Ethernet adapter connected to the unit you can stream 1080p to any screen, if your upload speed is good enough you can 1080p away from home, by simply connecting the Ethernet adapter and HDMIi cable wherever you go and using the shield proxy app and shield proxy server on the machine. There are some things that can be improved, but it does a great job streaming PC games, even out of the house. Nvidia Grid is also working really well. I don't understand why people bash on the shield so much. I guess people are just not aware that you can use it on the go for streaming with a wifi hotspot.
  2. Im going to order the H440, thanks for the advice guys. I will update when I get it and let you guys know how it goes. How do I mark this thread solved? I cant figure it out >.<
  3. So you guys think two kraken g10 coolers and the h100 will fit in an H440?
  4. Hello guys, I have decided to purchase a new PC case for my birthday but I would like some opinions and advice. I currently have an original NZXT Phantom with the following parts in it. MSI Mpower Z77 mobo Corsair H100 CPU cooler 2 MSI Lightning 680's Thermaltake 750watt PSU 1 ssd and 1 WD green I plan on buying 2 NZXT Kraken G10's to cool the GPUs. The two cases I am having trouble choosing from are the Corsair 540 air White and the NZXT H440 white. My current theme is white and black with blue lighting. Bad picture, but you get the idea. I am attracted more to the NZXT H440 because it has silence in mind and I like the side panel window as well as the covered PSU with NZXT logo, It would match nicely with the Krakens, but I am not sure if all the items I want to have in the case will fit in the H440. I love the side window on the 540 and I like the sepereate compartments, but I do wonder if it would be a big noise difference. Not sure if the stuff I have would fit in it either lol. If there is another case that you think I should check out, please let me know. Just keep the theme in mind and the budget of around $150
  5. It's a NAXN, she got a good deal on it and so far it hasn't had any problems with the current set up. It does seem that the 770 pulls more watts though. Thanks for the input so far guys.
  6. In that situation though, with the 4100 at stock speeds, would a 770 provide more noticeable frames than a 760? I guess my real question at this point is, if I want gtx770 performance do I NEED to buy another cpu or even another cpu and motherboard? Im worried about the cpu bottlenecking the GPU, it's a pretty high end card for otherwise low end hardware.
  7. Hey guys, this is my first post on Linus tech tips and I hope to post more in the future. Anyway, my girlfriend built a budget gaming PC over a year ago and she wants to upgrade now to be able to play upcoming games at higher settings with good fps. Her current config is as follows: 550w PSU NAXN 64gb Patriot SSD 1TB WD green Samsung dvd R/W 8gb ddr3 1333ram (Don't remember which one exactly, possibly kingston or corsair) msi 760gm-p23 (FX) mother board AMD FX 4100 CPU ATI 5870 GPU (OEM no aftermarket brand or design) Raidmax super viper case I was thinking we could buy an fx 6300 and a gtx 770 and call it a day, but I want some other, possibly more experienced people to give me their opinions.
