When playing bo3 my gpu goes above 60fps and I only have a 60hz monitor when I disable v sync on bo3 it isn't as smooth as when it's on is there anyway I can fix this without keeping v sync on

My moniter is blurry after changing the resolution of my monitor in display settings I changed back and it's still blurry it looked better before changing

No on a hdd 7200rpm 1tb and I'm on high settings for everything

Is 40 fps while driving normal for a 1050ti ssc on high? I've seen benchmarks of this card and seen higher fps on very high specs pentium g4600 evga 1050ti ssc 8gb ddr4 ram
