  1. I know this is not the right place to post about it, but I had no other choice. A few weeks back, I received my LTT Water bottle and was stoked to open it only to find it damaged in shipping. I thought no biggie and I reached out to the tech support support@lttstore.com and waited patiently. I didn't get any response from them even after a week. I decided to send a follow up email and it also suffered from the same fate. If anyone from the lttstore team is reading this, can you let me know if there's any other way I can reach out to you guys? Thanks, Varun.
  2. to put it in order after the issue first started occuring i did a system reset and then started using it assuming everything was alright i started using my pc then the same issue occurred again after which i followed the exact steps suggested by DELL this time and reinstalled windows and all the drivers and then used the XTU tool too to set the core voltage offset to -0.100 and even after that the same thing happend
  3. Quick question to all you guys like i said my motherboard got replaced and after that my microphone stopped working and there was nothing i could do to fix it can this be because of a faulty motherboard or a faulty PSU inside the laptop since i am using my lap in safe mode i cant tell
  4. i didnt make the changes in the BIOS itself since this CPU cannot be overclocked or underclocked manually they suggested me to use the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and manually change the core offset voltage there thats all i did and it is after that this all happend
  5. Already did that twice and that too every time it was a fresh install by formatting the SSD and performing the install
  6. Posting it here and in windows category as i wasnt sure weather it was a CPU problem or OS problem sorry https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-2IYm3aBYT3uKQiIjgI_nwKArXCIZzMF/view?usp=sharing (video) Hey everyone i own a dell inspiron 7567 laptop over the past couple of months i have been having trouble with my laptop's gaming performance So naturally after weeks of talking with dell they asked me to do a system reinstall and asked to check my performance and later since there was no improvement they replaced my motherboard and my graphics card along with the cooling fans Even after this i did not get any improvement in my PC's gaming performance so they suggested me to use -: "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility" and set the "Core voltage offset" to "-0.100" from "0" and asked me to record my issues The laptop was working fine when suddenly after like a day it suddenly turned off without any warning or error message not even BSOD I have attached a video stating what is happening exactly (attached a gdrive share link at the end of the document and in the beginning) This happend first and i tried to run System repaid and System Restore but nothing fixed the problem However inspite of all this i was able to boot into Safe mode with networking (Thats how im making this post here) safe mode works fine without any crashes Then i followed a few steps like doing a SFC scan which said windows found some corrupt files and could not fix them then after following a few steps from the internet and with no luck with them too i decided to do a complete OS reinstall I have 2 hard disk one normal 1TB hard disk and 1 256gb M.2 SATA SSD (Windows is in the SSD) i created a bootable usb and booted in with it and formatted my C drive ie my SSD and performed a clean install of windows and ran SFC scan again this time too it raised a few errors but this time it said windows successfully repaired all the files and after a reboot i performed another scan it showed no errors and said that "no integrity violations were found" Naturally after a fresh install i started updating my windows 10 and when it asked to reboot to finish update the same thing repeated and i was unable to use the PC other than in Safe mode Again i booted in with my USB and performed a clean install of the OS and this time the first time itself SFC scan did not give out any violations and i thought maybe i had to perform the above mentioned "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility" steps for the PC to function and i performed that After this the PC did start to work and i was able to boot in and install all necessary software but when i changed my power settings to high performance my laptop instantly crashed and it was the same situation over again Is this a problem with my motherboard or is it a problem with my Operating system or a problem in my BIOS due to the use of the "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility" i'm not sure Sorry for the long post please give you're suggestions as to what could be causing the problem and any potential ways to fix it Thank You https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-2IYm3aBYT3uKQiIjgI_nwKArXCIZzMF/view?usp=sharing (video) dell proof.mp4

Hey everyone i own a simple setup with a modem and a router Sometime ago after hearing about Cloudflare DNS and its features i decided to use their app in my phone and everything worked fine Now when i needed to use a separate vpn i googled how to make that dns default in the router and made it everything worked fine until one day i decided to watch some netflix in my Mobile phone and strangely it did not load i own a MI A1 i tested in that device it did not work i checked it in other mobile devices too same issue occurred the other device was OnePlus 5t (both run android pie(stable) idk if this is relevant) i went through the forums of these devices and noticed no such problems it is to be noted that i did not face any of these issues before i switched to the DNS of cloudflare in my router and modem and thinking that might be causing the issue i reset both my modem and router hoping that would solve the issue but nothing happend Anyone know what might be causing the issue The apps i noticed to not work are 1}Netflix 2)Amazon Prime Music 3)PhonePE IDK if there are more apps facing the same issue apps like prime video and youtube work just fine Please help in finding a solution I can attach any document necessary Please note i live in India so if you requested anything i might be asleep (blame TimeZones) i will surely give them when i am up Thanks in advance
