  1. Hi, i'm here to just ask if its worth upgrading from my RX 550 (2gb model) to a R9 280X 3GB, because of my tight budget, as it seems like the best used GPU i can buy right now. Will it bottleneck my Ryzen 3 1200? Will most games work on it? Thank you!
  2. No , i cant....Its an older LGA775 motherboard...If i Dont have drivers installed but have it in My PCIe slot , My PC would boot normally....My motherboard doesnt have a VGA, so i have to Leave The GPU in....I changed The battery a Year ago but I'll try That Just to stay safe
  3. Hello, Today i bought My brand new RX550. After installing it into my PCIe 16 slot , after installing drivers , i restarted My computer and Now it shuts down without any warnings before it even posts! I tried older and newer drivers! The minimum requirement for The PSU od 400w and My PSU is 480w. It doesnt overheat and i cant Get even to BIOS without it shutting down. My PC has The following specs: Intel Core Q6600 (Not OC) 2.4GHz 8GB DDR2 RAM AMD RX550 2GB GDDR5 480w PSU So , Whats the problem? Does anybody Know how to fix it? Thanks
  4. Hi, Now , Yesterday i sold my old R7 250 that i had paired with my Q6600 and it worked fine , but i needed a more powerful GPU. So i sold my R7 for 450KN (Aprox. 45~€) and decided to Buy an RX550 as its cheap and powerful enough for games I'll Play (GTA V , DiRT 3 , World od Tanks etc.) but im wondering since im pairing it with my Q6600 , will it create any bottleneck? Im going to pick up the new GPU today...
  5. It seems like the i3-8100 is just a i5 with 4 cores and a different name....Plus , the Ryzen 3 is cheaper with its AM4 motherboards....atleast in my country
  6. For me Ryzen 3 is just 10€ more expensive...I don't really like the idea of an i3 having 4 cores
  7. So , now that the i3 8100 Coffee Lake is out , who will buy one of those? I'll personally go for the Ryzen 3 1300X
  8. Yeah , the Ryzen 3 is quite cheap , A new one costs only 100€ , and pairing that with 8GB DDR4 Crucial RAM for 60€ , a new AM4 motherboard 40€ and a RX 550 70€ , its not quite expensive , so i might get some parts for Black Friday and some for Christmas
  9. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/acer-15-6-laptop-intel-core-i5-8gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1050-256gb-solid-state-drive-black/6121312.p?skuId=6121312 That should be enough , since its more powerful than most of the normal house-hold pc's
  10. Might rather spend more and buy a i3 Coffee Lake , but thanks for help guys , i'll PM ya guys if i dont find a reasonable priced R9!
  11. Thanks! Even tho i paid too much for this GPU a year ago....i needed something more powerful than an 2008 Nvidia GeForce 8800GT , so i paid 70€ for it
  12. No thanks , ill think something trough , i'll rather be stuck with this R7 250 for now
  13. As far as i saw , i did a bit more research , the 750HRK is the lowest (80€~) but i have only 40€ And i cannot give more than 50€
  14. Quite far away , haha im from Croatia as far as i saw , an used R9 270 is around 1,800HRK (180€~) and its too much for me
